Refund, Returns & Replacement Policy

Nice Guys Coffee sells consumable products. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered, except in the limited case described below.

1) No returns / no refunds (general rule)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Taste preference

• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

• Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

• Products opened after delivery (except where delivered opened)

2) Exception: Delivered opened or damaged (24-hour window)

We will consider a replacement (or a refund only if replacement is not possible) if:

• The product was delivered opened and/or physically damaged, and

• You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3) What you must share (mandatory proof)

To raise a claim, email info@niceguyscoffee.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your Order ID

• The name, phone number, and email used to place the order

• Clear photos of:

• The outer shipping box (all sides)

• The shipping label (clearly visible)

• The product packaging showing the open/damaged condition

• Unboxing video (highly recommended; may be required for approval)

• Confirmation that you still have the original shipping box and packaging

Claims without the original shipping box/label and adequate proof may not be approved.

4) Verification and resolution

Once we receive your email and proof, we will review the claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will do one of the following:

• Replacement (preferred): We will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

• Refund (only if replacement is not feasible): We will refund the eligible amount to the original payment method.

5) Pickup / disposal

In some cases, we may request a pickup of the opened/damaged package. If pickup is required, please keep the product and the original shipping box until the claim is resolved.
