1) About us

Nice Guys Coffee (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells coffee products directly to customers through the Site.

2) Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Site and place orders.

• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3) Products and information

• We try to display product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

5) Shipping and delivery (India only)

• We currently ship only within India and do not accept international shipping.

• Delivery timelines shown on the Site are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, and other factors.

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided, unless otherwise required by law.

6) Returns, refunds, and cancellations

• Return/refund eligibility depends on the product type and condition.

• If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, contact us promptly so we can help.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (including opened consumables) may not be eligible for return unless required by law.

7) Promotions and discount codes

• Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional terms (expiry, minimum order value, product exclusions, one-time use).

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or products purchased through the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
