Shipping Policy
At Nice Guys Coffee, we don’t mass-produce — we roast fresh in small batches.
That means your coffee is made to order, not sitting on a shelf.
Order Processing & Dispatch Schedule
We follow a weekly roasting and shipping cycle to ensure maximum freshness:
- Orders placed till Wednesday (11:59 PM) are shipped on Friday of the same week
- Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Friday
This allows us to roast your coffee fresh before dispatch — exactly how it should be.
Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-metro locations: 3–6 business days
Overall, you can expect your order within 7–10 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your delivery.
Delays
Since we roast fresh, dispatch timelines are fixed to our weekly cycle.
However, delivery delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Weather or logistical disruptions
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
Re-shipping charges may apply if orders are returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number along with clear photos/videos
We’ll make it right.
Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a refund if required.
