This lot is yeast-washed—a modern take on the classic washed process. During processing, carefully selected yeasts are introduced to guide fermentation before the coffee is fully washed clean. The washed process removes the fruit from the bean, allowing the coffee's inherent character to shine through with remarkable clarity and a clean, vibrant finish. The addition of controlled yeast fermentation adds another layer of complexity, enhancing sweetness and creating a more expressive cup without overpowering the coffee's origin.
